What Size is the Lunch & Drink Compartment 

The Iluka Tote features two dedicated insulated sections, designed to keep your essentials cool without compromising structure or style.

 

Insulated water bottle compartment:
Fits a water bottle up to 8.5 cm in circumference and 26 cm in height.

This section is internal of the tote.

 

Insulated lunch compartment:
A separate, fully insulated section measuring 30 cm (L) × 12 cm (W) × 12 cm (H) 

 ideal for lunch, snacks, or on-the-go meals.

 

The Ilsulated Lunch and snack compartment also fold up, so if it is not in use you can allow more room in side the tote bag.

 

Each compartment is intentionally designed to integrate seamlessly into the tote, so everything has its place and your day moves with ease.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Approved returns will be refunded in full, minus return shipping costs for your 30 Day Money back guarantee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes. The Iluka Executive Tote now ships internationally to New Zealand and the United States of America.

Australian orders are dispatched promptly, with standard delivery timeframes applying across both destinations. USA customers, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. International express shipping to the US is currently being explored, and we will have more options available soon.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are tracked, so you can follow your Iluka from our Gold Coast studio to your door.
