Hi, I’m Iluka Cindi, founder of Hustle & Grace™.

I was born and raised on the beautiful Gold Coast, where barefoot mornings meet boardroom afternoons and the salty ocean air blends effortlessly with ambition. Living here has taught me to embrace contrast. The calm and the chaos. The stillness and the movement. The freedom and the discipline. This coastal rhythm has shaped not just who I am, but what I create.

Throughout my career I have lived a fast paced professional life, moving between airport lounges, corporate meetings, creative projects and the small quiet moments that keep me steady. I have travelled for work while balancing deadlines, flights, check ins and the constant movement that comes with building a career across cities and coastlines.

I have also done all of this while being a mother and a partner. I know what it feels like to be the woman who holds everything together. The woman who keeps work moving, keeps travel organised and keeps life flowing at home. I understand the mental load that women carry. The invisible list. The expectations. The pressure to stay composed even when the day is anything but calm.

Hustle & Grace™ was created from this lived experience. From the reality of being a woman who leads, nurtures, builds, plans, travels and shows up. I wanted tools that supported us. Tools that delivered structure and style. Tools that respected the mental load and made life feel lighter, not heavier.

The Iluka line is designed with that intention. It is functional enough for long haul flights, business trips and corporate schedules, yet refined enough for coastal brunches, resort evenings and weekends away with the people we love.
