Hi, I’m Iluka Cindi, founder of Hustle & Grace™.
 
I was born and raised on the beautiful Gold Coast — where barefoot mornings meet boardroom afternoons, and the salty ocean air blends effortlessly with ambition. Living here has taught me to embrace contrast, just like Australia itself — the calm and the chaos, the stillness and the movement, the freedom and the discipline. It’s this coastal rhythm that has shaped not just who I am, but what I create.
 
Like so many women, I’ve worn every hat: business owner, creative, mother, and professional. I’ve packed school lunches at dawn and pitched big ideas by midday. I longed for something that reflected my lifestyle and values — something functional, yet still elegant and beautiful.
 
Hustle & Grace™ was born from real experience — the juggle, the pace, and the quiet moments in between. The Iluka line is designed to support that duality. It’s functional enough for flights, meetings, and workouts, yet refined enough for coastal brunches and long lunches by the sea.
