  • For express rate shipping: We offer this for flat rate of $18.00 wihtin AUD

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days since the date of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@hustleandgraceofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on our 'The Iluka Tote Bag' within AUD for standard shipping  (Main Campaign page) with the minimum amount purchased. Daily 'limited time flash deal' offers can not be combined with any other offer. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process.
